Vicaris Generaal

Vicaris Generaal is a red brownish Belgian beer, Abbey Dubbel style, perfect for dark beer lovers. The unique use of selected roasted malts and hops result in a Belgian Ale with a pronounced character. All Vicaris beers are brewed 100% naturally, unfiltered, not centrifuged and not pasteurized. Vicaris Brewery is a young family owned brewery founded in 1999 by Vincent Dilewyns.

Vicaris General is made with three different kinds of malts. Only natural ingredients of the finest quality are used. It is fermented at a controlled temperature of 24º and left to ferment once more in the bottle.

Red brown color with amber highlights and light head of foam. Sweet aromas of toasted malt with notes of fruits and yeast. Sweet flavours of malts, caramel and fruits. Long and persistent finish. Best served at a temperature of 6º-9º C with meat and stews. 8,5% ABV.
