Vega Sicilia Único Reserva Especial Ed 2017 Ed 2017

Vega Sicilia Reserva Especial is a elegant and aromatic red wine, with Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero, made from Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown in the oldest vineyards in Valbuena de Duero, by the Duero river. It is made from a blend of the best vintages of the stunning Vega Sicilia Único wine. Traditionally, wineries used to produce two types of wines in each harvest: the one of the current year and another wine without a specific harvest, which they called "Reserva Especial". This wine pays tribute to that tradition. Vega Sicilia was acquired in 1982 by the Álvarez family, and produces wines of great prestige.

 

Year 2017 Edition includes Vega Sicilia Único’s 2003, 2004 and 2006 vintages.
