Marqués de Cáceres Ecológico Bio

Marqués de Cáceres is a young red wine with Denominación de Origen Calificada Rioja, made from Tempranillo (88%) and Graciano (12%) grapes, grown on 19-year old vines at Finca de Barrio. This is an environmentally friendly organic wine made in accordance with principles of organic farming. Marqués de Cáceres is a family winery founded in 1970 by Enrique Forner. Nowadays, its products are present in more than 130 countries.

Grapes are hand-picked and preserved at cold temperature. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22ºC and left to macerate from 8 to 10 days. All of the process is done quickly and mechanically in order to obtain a well balanced structure and preserve the wine’s natural aromas.

Bright ruby color with violet hues. Aromas of flowers with notes of wild herbs and red fruits. On the mouth it is fresh and fruity, backed by a unique structure and discreet tannins. Best served at a temperature of 13-14ºC . 13,5% ABV.
