Vinagre de Jerez Reserva Barbadillo is one of the finest complements to the traditional Mediterranean diet. This is an aromatic vinegar with Denominación de Origen Vinagre de Jerez, made through the natural acidification of manzanilla. Aging takes place for a long period using the de Soleras y Criaderas method. Bodegas Barbadillowas founded in 1821 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz.
It is bottled in a spray bottle and it can be used in many dishes such as gazpacho, salads, tomatoes, cooked asparagus, cooked artichokes, or lamb’s kidneys.
