Aalto PS Ribera del Duero

Aalto PS is a stunning red wine with Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero, made every 7 or 8 vintages, with Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes grown in 80 to 100 year-old vines. Aalto winery was founded in February 1999 by Mariano García and Javier Zaccagnini, in the prestigious Ribera del Duero wine region, with the aim to produce wines of the highest quality.

Grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected on the sorting table. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in, vats made of stainless steel, oak or concrete, according to the vintage. It is left to age for 18 months in 100% new French oak barrels.

Dark cherry red colour. Complex aromas with subtle notes of liquorice, noble wood, spices, toasted bread, black fruits and tobacco. Best served at a temperature of 16º C.
