Domaine de Sahari

Red wine from Morocco that enjoys the prestigious Appellation d'Origine Garantie Guerrouane. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%) grapes, grown in vineyards 600 meter above sea level, in the city of Meknes.

Grapes are harvested by hand, carefully selected and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25º C for 15 days. Aging takes place first in vats and then in casks for 6 to 8 months.

Brick red colour with ruby red highlight. Intense on the nose with aromas of black and red fruits and leather. Fruity and well-rounded, notes of oak. Best served at a temperature of 18º C with Mediterranean food, couscous, stews, grills, fish and seafood. 13% ABV.
