Paco & Lola

Paco y Lola is a fresh and stylish white wine with Denominación de Origen Rías Baixas, made from 100% Albariño grapes, grown in vineyards with mildly acid granite sandy loam soils. Bodega Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 by a group of winegrowers from O Slanés with the aim to take their production to a professional level. Paco & Lola are actively involved in sustainable production through its integrated management of grape growing practices that ensure the maximum respect for the environment.

The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully selected, destemmed and pressed with great care. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16º C for 21 days, remaining on its fine lees until the stabilization and bottling.

Pale yellow colour with green highlights. Aromas of citrus, aromatic herbs, grapefruit, lemos, pineapple, lychee and white flowers. Fresh and sweet on the mouth with notes of fruits. Persistent finish. Best served at a temperature of 8-10º C. Perfect with sushi, pasta, fish, rice, white meat and seafood. 12,5% ABV.
