Grandes de Apiane Blanco Joven

White wine with Denominación de Origen Sierras de Málaga, made from Moscatel grapes grown in the northern part of the province of Malaga. It belongs to the Grandes de Apiane series. Bodegas Tierras de Mollina, founded in 1993, have an excellent selection of naturally sweet wines, liqueur wines (dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, and sweet) and white, red, and rosé wines.

Grapes are harvested and subject to a cold maceration process for 12 to 18 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10º - 12º C. Lees remain suspended once the fermentation process is finished. The result is a complex wine and with outstanding characteristics.

Pale golden colour with greenish hues. Intense fruity aromas, with notes of apple. On the mouth it is light, fresh and with a persistent aftertaste. Perfect with fish and shellfish, and fresh fruit. Best served at 7º C.
