Ribera Duero Pesquera Reserva

Pesquera Reserva si a red wine with Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero, made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Bodegas Pesquera was founded in 1972 in Pesquera de Duero, Valladolid, by Alejandro Fernández, a local pioneering viticulturist. This is a prestigious winery that produces excellent quality wines.

The grapes are destemmed and fermented from 2 to 3 weeks at a controlled temperature. Then they are carefully pressed and left to age in French and American oak casks for 24 months, and moved frequently from barrel to barrel.

Clean and bright dark cherry colour. Complex aromas of black fruits, liquorice and toffee. Elegant and silky on the mouth with notes of black fruits and wood. Long and persistent finish. Perfect to have with meat and stews, as well as cheese. Best served at a temperature of 16º C. 14% ABV.
