Kina San Clemente 100 cl

Sweet wine made with Pedro Ximénez grapes and quinine, which is known to have medical use and whet the apetite. Bodegas Málaga Virgen, formerly known as Bodegas López Hermanos, was founded in 1885 by Francisco and Salvador López López. This winery is expert in making wine Denominación de Origen Málaga and Sierra de Málaga.

Made with a mix of dry and sweet wine, combined with quinine extract from the bark of the cinchona tree. Quinine adds a subtle bitter note to the wine’s sweet flavour.

Dark amber coloured with copper hues. On the palate it is smooth with a caramel flavour and a bitter quinine touch. Best served at a temperature between 6º and 8º C. 13% ABV.
